Absolutely stellar experience at this uBreakiFix location in Southpark Meadows, right next to the Starbucks.

I met with Trin on three separate occasions as he assisted me with the best approach to resolve my broken Google Pixel phone issues. He was honest, transparent, friendly, and professional throughout. I appreciate that we was upfront and consistent about pricing, warranties, and the various options available to customers, including the Home Plus Device Protection Plan by Asurian.

After three visits, I was able to accomplish all that I needed to do with my broken phone. Trin even gave me helpful advice and instruction on how to backup and save my Whatsapp history.

I also wanted to give a shoutout to “V” who was very helpful as well. I observed how honest both Trin and “V” were with their other customers, even advising them in some cases to purchase a part new/refurbished when that option was financially best for the customer. Class acts.

This place gets and deserves all 5-stars. Will definitely be coming back to this location for all my future phone repair needs!

Went there for warranty work recommended by ATT because they Certified Samsung repair center and they were not allowed to work on my flip 5 without taking it out of maintenance mode and giving them my passcode per their warranty work instructions from Samsung. Why I have a maintenance mode if so I don’t expose my data on my phone. Your techs are working on a screen protector but need access to my phone data this I just don’t understand to replace a screen saver. So much for protecting customers data just forcing customers to give full access to their data off their phone that you could be cloning in your back room machine’s not in public view. Bad practice for security of the customers phone data.

I’ve broken my phone screen twice in 3 months and they’ve got me back up and running in a few hours each time. As a busy small business owner the peace of mind can’t be explained!
