This was the first time that I used the store at Moreno Valley.The guy told me ,he was gonna spend 6 hours to replace the screen , I left the phone until the next day . When I pick up he said it was not ready because a new guy did not asked me for the unlocked code when it was the same guy, he made me wait for another 45 min that is ridiculous. The store in readlands was amazing even they replaced my battery when I have the same issue because it was already bad , this guy messed up with my mom’s phone that I have to edit the settings again.
Horrible place and horrible service they were just taking in the back when costumers not just me were waiting in the lobby …Even he asked another costumer for the serial number of her phone and he said he can not get service or the serial number because the phone was dead he was not helping her when he can grab a charger and get it are you serious?
You don’t even know who to get a serial number ? The lady was so stress out and he was just chilled in the back with his coworker .. we call him a few times to get his attention… DONT GO HERE YOU DESERVE BETTER SERVICE.

If I would give it 0 stars I would the guy treated me very very bad started telling me that it’s not he’s problem that he didn’t care that I had to get out he KICKED Me out
Does not care about he’s customers only himself. He was disrespectful, rude, selfish, lier and raised he’s voice. He lied to me that asurion did not answer him that they were closed but when I called they were open. He had one job.he’s job to check the IMEI before putting the screen on which he did NOT. They don’t do there job right. The lady asurion heard the whole conversation and she said he was being really rude and made a report on it cause that was unacceptable. I was crying. Cause no customer should be treated like that. They should do there job how it should be done so customers can be happy. But no they make u angry that is none of there business.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Got my iPad cracked screen fixed at UBreakiFix. Completely doesn’t work and none of the other UBreakIt will honour this and fix it. And worse even, they are rude and completely not helpful. I paid a lot of money and my iPad is not not useable at all. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE as they do not honour their work.
