The guys working this store were awesome and helpful. Dealing with Asurion, not so much. At the end of the day they helped me get a free phone replacement with no deductible through my insurance after a previous mobile technician botched a simple screen replacement and caused expensive damage to the phone. I would rate Asurion 2 stars due to their horrible customer service and spending hours on the phone over 3 separate claims to get the issue resolved. But this local repair shop gets 5 stars.

At Tucson Mall I was helped by Samuel at Ubeakifix I needed a new phone case and he was able to get me one that would charge in my car along with a screen protector. Very friendly knows his stuff and was able to bundle my purchases. He also put the whole thing together for me. So if you need help with phone products at a very reasonable price look for them in the Tucson Mall.

Customer service was phenomenal! I had an issue with water damage to a phone, and Kyle and Dustin were exceptional with their help. Kyle who was at the front spent a great deal of time answering my questions and giving recommendations. They were very knowledgeable, did not pressure me in any way. I left feeling very impressed and would highly recommend this store.
