Was sent to this store through AT&T to have my son’s screen replaced. I went over, talked to the employee. He said they didn’t have the part in that we needed, and I could either wait a few days for it to come in, or go to a location that has the part in stock. I chose to wait since we have a backup phone for my son to use.
That was on Thursday. I called yesterday, Tuesday, to see if the part was in. It wasn’t. Long story short, employee I spoke to yesterday said they have been unable to repair Samsung devices for over a month, and he’s not sure why that employee said they could. He never ordered anything at all. Just lied to me. Had my son & I waiting for no reason. had he just told me that from the beginning, I would have selected another store. Now I’m on the phone with Asurion to get this rectified.

Ask for Alyssa if you need something fixed. She was very knowledgeable about my phone’s screen and how it should be reattached. Super patient, respectful, efficient, and fast. She was extremely busy and still took a few minutes to ask what did I need; was able to fix in less than 5 minute minutes. Explained what I needed to do to the screen intact until it dried. We even discussed other phones I’d purchase and bring to her. Oh, I forgot to mention I have a Blackberry KEYone… yes, a Blackberry (can’t get rid of the buttons).

Great job Alyssa much appreciated and you deserve and praise and incentives / bonuses they can offer you. I’ll for sure be back once I order this refurbished iPhone 11 we talked about.

Absolute joke . Had my laptop to fix the crack screen. Supposed to have it done at 6 to 7 Days. 2 1/2 Weeks Later I keep getting the runaround on it. They told me not once but five different times that would be done by end of the day. And it took me 3 days for them to even answer the phone. had to drive all the way from Cave Creek up to Scottsdale to find out what was going on my laptop. And guess what? It wasn’t fixed cuz they’re incapable of fixing anything. if I could give them negative Stars I would. Do not take anything to these people you’ll never get it fixed.
