I dropped my switch lite and power supply off here over 3 weeks ago. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks for repair. It took 3, and they were short staffed, so no worries there. They called me after the 3rd week, stating it was unrepairable due to water damage (again, understandable). I went in today to pick up my switch. When I asked for my switch I received only my switch and the worker told me to have a nice day. I had to ask for my charger with it as well. Once I got into my vehicle, I noticed that the switch felt sharp on some of the edges. They put my device back together haphazardly and left gaps within the device. I understand my device is “unrepairable” but it doesn’t mean I should have to receive my device in WORSE condition than when it arrives. Do not bring any consoles here.

we drive all the way from seguin 25 min on the rain and this people close when they should be open they don’t have no sign in the window that they be closing at noon or lunchtime. There is another guy over here outside with me too waiting to they’re open and he have an appointment and he drove from seguin too. I call a lady answer and she told me to come back at 1:30 so I have to wait one hour for them to open, I’m already waiting for 20 minutes. This is freaking ridiculous. They should’ve put a sign at least they’re gonna be close.now after the i se all the bad reviews i’m glad they was close this people need more training to learn how to work how to treat customers.
like they said things happen for a reason.

I was in Texas in November, dropped my phone and needed screen replaced. I looked up this place and saw great reviews, so decided to go there. I’m super glad I did. The wonderful person at the front desk looked at my phone and determined the screen was not broken. The glued on screen protector made it appear that way. She took my phone to the back, and they heated up screen to remove protector, cleaned it, and gave it back to me amazingly free of charge. Obviously I was thrilled. Truly outstanding people and service. No disappointments here.
