Dropped my Xbox off for a cleaning and picked up the console in the exact same condition. After paying nearly $100, I was told the “cleaning” was for “system performance”, and not at all what I was intending to be done…

I was having no issues with my console prior to dropping it off, nor am I experiencing issues now regarding performance. As I explained to the gentlemen working that evening, I was intending to sell the console upon getting it professionally refurbished. The service I was requesting was solely for obvious cosmetic purposes, not system performance.

I requested a refund and the case manager overseeing my complaint has not responded in 2 weeks. Great experience for my first time!

I took my PC to this store because it was boot-looping. The staff was unfriendly and made several mistakes: they input my phone number incorrectly(so badly in fact I knew nobody with even close the the number they put in.), failed to contact me as promised, and needed my computer passcode multiple times. When I asked for a discount due to their errors, the employee was surprised, but I received a full refund. However, my computer still blue-screened at home, and I fixed it myself with a quick YouTube video. (which they could have done.)

I recently brought my daughter’s phone here for repair after a disappointing experience elsewhere. I expected the usual diagnostic fee followed by additional charges, but Jeremy went above and beyond, spending considerable time troubleshooting and fixing the issue at no extra cost. I truly appreciate the customer-centric approach and dedication to solving problems rather than just maximizing charges. I’ll definitely return with any future device issues, knowing they prioritize customer satisfaction over profit…thank you Jeremy!!
