This place isn’t worth the time. I went to get my iPhone 15 screen replaced and might as well had apple do it for less than $100 more. Learned I get what I pay for. Had a shattered screen where the phone would turn on but there was no display waited an hour or two getting it fixed and the screen was replaced but display still doesn’t work and just turns black even when the phone is on. Went back to see if they could do anything and they said oh no that just happens because it’s not an original apple screen which I understand but why doesn’t the display at least work and the screen doesn’t pick up touch sometimes. They said it just needs an update… updated it and still months later display is still not working. I see they reply to bad reviews with saying they will be in-touch and will fix it but I don’t want it fixed I just want my money back because all u did was make my phone look pretty but it don’t work. I could’ve lived with the cracks if the display worked. All this to say don’t waste your time with a good price and just go to the phone’s store and get it fixed for the extra cost. Will never be worth the money or confusion of why you paid hundreds of dollars and can’t see anything on your phone. 🙂

The people at this place broke my son’s phone and tried to blame it on him. They lied and took hundreds of dollars from him and sent him on his way with a broken phone. You guys took his money and lied to him about breaking his phone. You guys do dirty business. You will not prosper. Your business will go downhill from here….unless you make it right.

You guys knew you would be closed on the 4th of July, so when were you going to get back to us?? His phone screen doesn’t display anything. You guys broke his phone and took hundreds of dollars from him. The least you can do is refund his money. You didn’t fix anything. You broke his phone and kept his money. Thieves.

Update. Ubreakifix wasn’t able to repair my son’s phone. I do appreciate that your company decided to make things right by replacing his phone with a brand new one. It was quite an ordeal but at least you made it right. Thank you! 1 star rating bumped to 4 for brand new phone.

I would have given 5 stars, but poor communication left me inconvenienced needlessly. I dropped my phone off yesterday. They said it would be done at the end of the day. I didn’t pick it up until the next day. They never called to tell me my phone was ready. They said they sent a text to my husband’s phone, I stalked the phone all day there was never a text. Why didn’t they call? They also had an email address they asked for, they never emailed either. Other than that, they did a good job on my phone. Just your communication was poor.
