Hate writing reviews like this it makes me feel like a Karen but man I gotta do it, my switch was having a problems so and I handed it over to these guys and what I got back was not expected, I had a completely different accounts on my switch I’ve never seen before and was constantly told “that’s your switch” like yeah it is but it isn’t, my screen was also completely scratch up which it was not like that before when I brought it. Overall this experience was a complete disaster. They did fix the original problem though so shoutout to that but no I’m left with so much more

Got a new screen on my phone because I don’t like getting broken glass in my finger anymore. It used to be fun, but I’m getting older and don’t enjoy all the things I used to.

Anyway, dropped off the phone and picked it up a few hours later with a new, glass shard free screen. Nice.

Definitely worth the $0.00 I paid because I have insurance on the phone. I gladly would have paid double for the quality work.

Roger was the man today!! We took my husband’s phone in and Roger was very helpful and nice. He quoted us a 5 hour repair time and called in 2. I also dropped my license there and he called right away to tell me. We really enjoyed how easy it was to get this repair done.
