HONEST HONEST HONEST!!! <3 I took my phone in in April of 2024 for UBreakIFix to repair a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 7a. They did a great job and it looked brand new. Fast forward to June of 2024 and I noticed that the screen was starting to come up on the left hand side. I took it into the Stow store and spoke with Kyle. He explained that they would take a look at it but it was likely a battery bloating issue, which can happen if a battery is defective or if the phone gets too hot. Obviously, I didn't want to take any chances of having a lithium ion battery explode or catch fire so I agreed to have them replace the battery. He called me a bit later on and told me that they inspected the battery and found that it was actually totally fine and it was the adhesive for the screen that had come up. They reheated and clamped it and it would be ready to go in about 10 minutes. No charge since it was covered under the screen repair warranty. He also told me that if it happened again that they would just order brand new adhesive for it - again, no charge within warranty period. SO many companies or techs would take advantage of people and replace the battery anyway just to make a quick buck. I was so appreciative that both Kyle and Ethan were honest and explained everything. KUDOS to both of these young men. I was very impressed and I would not hesitate to go back to this company.

Very pleased with my repair at the Stow store. Everyone was so nice from the person who took my call the day before I came in to quote me, let me know they had my parts in stock, and tell me when they opened, the lady who entered my work order in the computer and the technician Ethann W. Who really had his work cut out for him with my phone. I really appreciate their joint effort in getting my phone back to me in working order within hours. I already told my niece she should apply to work there since they seem like such a great team of people to work with. I’ll recommend others to go there for repairs. I’m hoping not to need any future repairs, but will for sure use them if I do.

My Pixel 6 screen started to separate, and I became concerned about the health of my phone. Concerned and confused I stopped by the uBreakiFix store in Stow and was instantly greeted by Kyle. He looked at my phone and explained the several possible options for repair, provided guidance and reassurance that my issues would be handled. Indeed, after a short while they were handled, my battery was replaced, and phone working like it should.
