My phone wasn’t charging properly and I had to find the right angle to charge and all that. The manager was very pleasant, and said it was probably just cluttered and needed cleaning. When he presented me with the charge – which was reasonable – I asked what if that’s not the issue after I paid. He smiled and said, “Let me clean it out first, fix the issue, and then you can pay so you’ll be at ease. If it doesn’t fix it, I wont charge for the cleaning at all.”

Super nice comment to assure I felt at ease and not worried. Great customer service. At the end he gave me great information on how to maintain my phone better.

I’ve never been there before, but I sure will again to clean my phone or whatever issue I may have. Highly Recommend!

Well, I came to the store 2 weeks and asked to replace my screen protector, the employee told me that they don’t have it in stock it may take up to few weeks despite Iwas in line for 30minutes. OK fine I will wait another couple weeks and just order it for me, they will call me once it arrived, no calls for 2 weeks. I come back today on 8/17 and just wanna check on it, they do have 1 screen protector, they will charge $20 for it and I told them I have warranty would like to use it. They refused because my screen protector has few marks and insisted that I need to pay for it. Well, whats the purpose of my warranty? If my phone is new and has no marks why should I come to you and fix it?!

We had a PS5 repaired (power supply issues).
Overall, what a great service! Each employee was respectful and professional.

As expected in the repair world, I was skeptical and concerned about being ripped off. I witnessed 4 or 5 other customers treated really well, with patience, in-depth explanations, and 3 were given refunds because the repair they desired could not be completed (for valid reasons).
Solid experience…

The total repair time was just under 2 weeks, which was months faster then what Playstation offered, and a little cheaper.
