This was my second time here. The first time I was so happy with it that I reviewed the process on social media.
This time was absolutely horrible I actually want my money back probably won’t happen though.
First of all they took 3 days to do a job they said would be one day. Secondly they lost “a” piece that I have to just hope was the only one lost. During the entire process they didn’t even bother to clean the pieces off even slightly. There’s gunk all in my device that’s visible..
there’s dust behind my screen I’ll have to look at every day. There’s lint inside the housing that’s very visible…
And they still charged me 70% of the total price as if that fixes anything. It’s not even about the money I’m not broke, the job they did just sucks and I’m just hoping it’s even put back together properly. Oh and there’s glue just hanging out of my screen now. Didn’t even bother to wipe it or blow it off before closing it.

(They destroyed both of my housings so I’ll have to come out of pocket again to even use the warranty) they overscrewed the housing and it’s splitting the plastic. The one I had is also brown clean down the center. I can re order and try again. Thanks for the response by the way )

I needed my back glass replaced on my black Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. It cost around $117 and took two hours to complete the repair. Unfortunately, when I made it back home and thoroughly inspected the camera lenses I noticed that there were small fabric particles on the inside of the lenses. The particles don’t seem to be distorting the photos but the technician also did a sloppy job with the regluing. This is unacceptable and not the type of service I expected for over a hundred dollars.

I was contacted by customer service and they told me to come in so they could take care of the issues with the lint behind the glass for free. I appreciate that the management at this location took the time to respond to a bad experience and fix the problem. I highly recommend visiting this store for your phone repairs due to their excellent customer service and commitment to meeting their customers expectations.

This is my second time to this you break eye fix. The first time I came here I was in panic because I was out of town and my computer of eight years died. They were able to quickly get my hard drive out and just make it like a portable hard drive for me to use in another computer, which was done in about a day and that’s really all that around time that I had so I appreciate that. Now 3 to 4 years later I’m back with the computer that had some other issues and this particular customer service rep. tonio was very helpful and knowledgeable and understanding of what I had going on. I’m still in the process of getting the work done for the computer but the service I find to be top-tier and sometimes just wanna wait to come to this particular establishment to get my computer worked on because they are reasonable and time efficient.
