I have the Asurion Home Plus plan, and the HDMI port on my PS5 had malfunctioned, and it also needed a thorough cleaning. I went there on a Monday, and I was immediately impressed by the customer service.

The staff member who assisted me was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. She explained the entire repair process clearly and kept me informed throughout. It took a full week to get my PlayStation 5 back, but it was well worth the wait. The console is now working better than ever. It’s running faster, doesn’t overheat, and can handle hours of gameplay without shutting off. Most importantly, the HDMI port is functioning perfectly, allowing me to fully enjoy my games.

I made an appointment to fix my iphone. I described the problem in the appointment schedule and couldn’t find the iphone type in the drop down list (iphone se), so I selected an iphone x. I arrived and the technician seemed to be defensive, saying I didn’t select the right phone, an iphone 8. I said twice it’s not an iphone 8, but an iphone se, but he said they were the same things. I googled. They are not. He insisted it needed to be cleaned first, despite having just had it cleaned at the apple store and that didn’t fix the problem. He then said it would take a minimum of three hours, and they were only open another two hours. Why was I allowed to make an appointment that late when I indicated what the problem was and what I needed in the appointment description? It wasted a trip to the store when I could have been notified before the appointment that I needed to schedule an earlier appointment. He was overall not helpful, only indicating what was wrong with me getting help, and not offering any solutions. I think I’d rather just get a new phone at this point then deal with this place again.

Went to get my phone screen fixed and it didn’t look right, I asked 2 of the employees to take a look they both said it was fine so I left, a few days later my screen started glitching and had to go back to get it refixed. when I got it back again something was wrong with my speakers. After two times of them messing up my phone I didn’t feel comfortable letting them do anything else to it so I asked for either a partial or full refund which they denied.
