My 12 year old son brought his PS4 in last week for repair (disc drive was not working). He was using his own money to repair it. He was told they would look it over and get back to him. They did, and at first glance were under the impression that they needed to replace the disc drive and he was quoted a price. A few days later Daniel called back to let us know that after attempting to replace the disc drive all that was really needed was a deep clean to unstick the eject/inject button or whatever it is and that it was no additional cost and he could come pick up his PS4. I mean honestly, Daniel could have been shady, and charged my son for work that was not needed after we had already agreed to go ahead with the fix. Daniel is honest and is driven by doing what is right. Emerald was kind to deal with as well. These are great employees. 5 stars earned in my book. We’ll be back again.

I just needed the back popped off of my laptop. I went to two other places, in which they both wanted to charge me between $50-$100 just to pop it off, and I had to wait for an unknown amount of time. They also lacked quality customer service skills.
