Service tech was very competent and personable. He assessed that my Samsung Galaxy S22+ required replacement of charging port. The part was in stock. He gave me an honest estimate of repair time needed….2.5 hours…. and it was completed in that time. Thanks to the service tech!
Phone is still under warranty from Samsung, so there was no charge for service. I recommend this UbreakIfix outlet and would go back.

Update … 18 months later….Again very helpful. Work completed faster than we were told to expect. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was the second time I’ve used UBreakIFix in Findlay and have been very satisfied both times.
I brought an individual in I was working with to get their phone fixed. The individual had broke the sim slot trying to switch it from one phone to the other.
He found a phone in the back for parts and pulled it out and fixed her phone in just a few seconds. He also decided to fix it free of charge! The individual I was working with wad without a phone for a couple days and was so happy!!!! He was very kind about the situation with the individual as well! Would definitely recommend taking electronics there to get fixed.

Had them repair my samsung galaxy s21 ultra. Told me it would be $296 which I agreed. They asked me to come back in 2-3 hrs. I came back in 3 hours and they handed me my phone(workibg great) AND the bill was only $230.
Insurance would have been $200 and require sending things in the mail and transferring my data.
This was a much better option and I had a great “techy” conversation with the gentleman that helped me. Everything was PERFECT!
