I would never use this company. Went there 3 times to pick up my sons I pad each time a sign on the door saying sorry we have an employee shortage, they were closed for 2 months. I finally pick the IPad up and this is how they gave it to me. Sorry we recycled the parts because it’s been 90 days . The customer service was rude and acted like they didn’t careless. Mind you we have a $50 a month open line on the I pad. I will file a lawsuit and do everything in my power to shut this place down because they refuse to make it right.

Update: this morning, Friday 10/27/23, I received a phone message and Google transcript from ubreakifix letting me know they were closed on Wednesday. They left the message around 11 AM which was 2 hours before the appointment. So I gave them 5 stars and I’ll reschedule the repair. End update —They fixed my wife’s phone and we’re happy. I made an appointment for today but when I arrived no one was there. They called earlier but didn’t leave a message so I wasted a trip

The store is rarely open during store hours. Also, only certain locations work on gaming systems, but they don’t tell you that when you schedule an appointment. So if you are lucky enough to find the store open, they will send you to another when you take the device in for your scheduled appointment for a gaming system!! So frustrating! I can’t comment on their work because no one is at the store so I can pick up said system!
