They took a 50% deposit for a laptop LCD replacement on April 28th. I was told the part would come in by May 8th. Most of the time when I would call no one would answer the phone at this store. When I was lucky to have my call answered they kept blaming UPS or FedEx for losing the replacement part each time I would check on when the part would arrive. I finally tried my luck elsewhere and got the laptop screen repaired last week at 419 Cell Phone Repair within a week of ordering the new screen. This uBreakiFix location called today and said the part arrived and is refusing to refund my deposit even though they said they would use the replacement screen for a different customer or return it to the vendor. Overall terrible customer service and theft.

Told the guy yesterday, fri 6-21-24, I would be able to pick up my phone sat 6-22-24 or Monday. I said it twice. Got there today, 6-22-24, and apparently they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The paper sign on the door says 11 am -6 pm on Saturday… And the employee never said they were closed on Saturdays. Probably should make sure your employees know your hours, and fix the hours on the door. Do better. I subjected my infant to an hour long 80deg car ride for no reason.

They do not know how to take all info off one computer and put it on to an external drive. They thought it would fit in a thumb drive when photography takes a ton of storage. How are they a computer business? Called both locations and they don’t seem to want business. The Perrysburg location literally told me they are busy so they are selective what they take and refused the business. What I’m asking for is very simple to anyone with basic computer understanding.
