I would highly recommend anyone who needs their item back within a timely, respectful manner to avoid this location at all cost. This location has had my MacBook Pro for nine days and has not gotten into it. I have been told every single day this week that I have called they will be getting to it after lunch. Today is now Friday a full nine business days after they have had my item, and they still say they have not gotten to it An extreme lack of communication they do not return phone calls. They will not call you back when they say they will. They are not efficient and I would highly recommend purchase their monthly plan because this is the treatment you get you might as well just buy a new damn product Because by the time you get back, Three new generations and whatever you turned in will be out

Let me start by saying WOW! Thank you Drew! I walked in the location and Drew greeted me with a warm smile. I was very discouraged about my phone issue and was expecting the worst. Phone was working but screen was dead Drew looked over my phone and was able to reboot it some how through a series of depressing some buttons. I was thrilled that I walked out 5 minutes later with my phone fully functional. Drew informed me of some other long term options that were very helpful.
