I dropped my phone and ended up shattering the screen, completely trashed. I filed a claim with my cellular company yesterday and brought my phone in to be fixed today. Dropped my phone off and within two hours my phone was fixed, despite the crazy amount of devices the tech had lined up to be fixed today! I didn’t catch his name, but he was super friendly and helpful, making sure to explain everything! I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!
I had to have my ear speaker replaced, and was told my Face ID may not work after it’s replaced. The Face ID wasn’t affected by the replacement, and the technician was very polite and very concerned with the problem I was having. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be back if I have any other problems.
Absolute life saver! Phone screen went out and filed a claim with AT&T and was able to drop it off and pick it up 2 hours later all fixed up! Only issue I had was the store hours on the door and on the website say open on Sunday so we did have to wait until the next day :(. But other than that, great place to go!
