I needed my screen repaired on my phone. As soon as I walked through the door, Julio greeted me and checked me in. Julio’s customer service was the phenomenal. It was the best I have experienced in a very long time. He was extremely helpful, dilligent, kind, and you could tell he enjoys supporting the customers that walk through the door. I am not one to write reviews, but I was so impressed by him. The gentleman, Judah, who fixed my phone helped me through the check out process. He was also amazing. These two are a dynamic duo! I will be making the drive from Springfield to Falls Church if I ever need another device worked on.

Went in with a broken laptop. I was dreading going in because I figured it was going to be a crazy expensive repair. After speaking with Judah, though, he told me he could repair the base panel with an adhesive for a fraction of the price it would cost to replace the part. Throughout the process, Judah went out of his way to save me money and, at the same time, make my laptop last as long as possible. Went in a year or so ago as well to get a phone screen repaired. The price was very reasonable and the speed was surprising. All around, very impressed with this place and couldn’t recommend more.

Rather disappointed with my attempt to get my phone battery replaced here. I called, asked how much it would be, they said $79 but they would need to see the phone. I drove over, showed them the phone, and they said it would be $99. I will say both the person on the phone and the person in the store were completely polite, and the person in the store was expertly juggling a lot of customers alone. But this kind of bait and switch is bad business and wasted my time. Not to mention that the next place I called would do it for $75 and didn’t need me to come in twice. Can’t recommend.
