My experience:
I received a quote that my laptop would cost $300 to have the screen replaced. I told the rep that I would consider it and be back in touch. After a week or so, I went back on a Tuesday to have them start the process. I was told by Wes that I was misinformed about the price and that he gave me a bad quote – it would actually be $423 to fix. I was annoyed, but mistakes happen. He told me it would be fixed in two days time. Thursday goes by – no call. I called Friday to find out that the part was not in yet and that their deliveries were running behind. However, seven boxes had just arrived and he was sure one of those was mine. He would call that afternoon. No call. Sunday – I reach out to find out that my part WAS NEVER ORDERED. I was annoyed and told them that I would come by on Monday to pick up my computer. Monday morning: I call to see if there is anyway we could possibly expedite the shipment. I was told yes by Bobby, and he would call me after speaking with the inventory manager to give me the tracking number. No call. Tuesday morning (exactly a week later) – I was told that Wes would personally handle my case and that he would speak with his inventory manager to find out the latest. Once he spoke with him, he would call back. No call. Two hours go by, I call to ask for an update. I was told that the part was never overnighted (as promised) and that it might, just might, be in tomorrow. I asked if someone could call to let me know that if it arrives tomorrow. Anthony said that he could not promise that but he would leave a note for someone to call if it makes it in.

Somehow, Bobby, Anthony, and Wes all work together but do not communicate with each other or with their customers.
I was seriously considering buying their monthly plan for $25 as insurance to cover future breaks. This experience has me convinced otherwise.
Brought my mom to them with a cracked phone screen. They said they could fix it the same day, so we left it there with my contact info. They never contacted us back. Finally I called THEM after the time they said they should already have it fixed by, and they told me that they didn’t actually have the part they needed in the store and it would be a few days waiting for it to come in. I asked why they had not called to let us know this earlier, and the man told me “I only just found out 5 minutes ago”. We decided to pick the phone back up in the meantime, because mom can’t be totally without a phone for 3 days, and it was just a cracked screen. When she picked it back up, it was significantly more broken. It wouldn’t turn off or on and was not usable. They told her that was standard when a phone was brought in to have a screen fixed. She had to go buy a new phone when she left there, and they will not be receiving any of our business in the future.
My experience was way different than I expected. The Gentlemen that was at the Hoover Location was extremely helpful and They fixed my phone with in an hour. While I was waiting on them to repair my phone there were multiple customers coming in for repairs as well. And each customer was told about the whole house electronic warranty thru Asurion (Verizon for) and each customer I believe accepted that warranty plan. I really do appreciate Them explaining the process and how it works. There is not a lot of people that take the time to explain anything. Thank you guys for helping me get my phone repaired and I will use you guys in the future.
