Brought my MacBook in to have the battery replaced. Check the device tracking on the receipt and says work hasn’t started yet, figure it’s because someone hasn’t updated the work order. Go in and the guy tells me that they tried to order my battery 3 separate times but it’s out of stock and that he could try and order another battery but it would take another couple days. They had the device for 2 weeks and no call or anything to let me know that they were having difficulty ordering the battery. Took the laptop back and went to Apple across the street and paid an extra $20 to have it done same day.

Pricing:
I was quoted on the phone when I called originally it would be between $120-150 and a couple days. Got there and they quoted me $211 and 2 weeks.

Feedback:
1. A courtesy phone call would go a long way given the timeframe.
2. Might want to review your contracts with your supplying vendor. Completely asinine that your vendor can’t get their hands on a part but I can have next day delivery from Amazon for the exact OEM Battery.
3. The guy at the counter was very nice about everything – only positive experience.

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity.
I recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a repair done.
Kad took time to answer my questions honestly and provided me with all options from repair to replacement. He was very patient and understanding and overall great to talk to.

Everything went great. Phone was done the same day – but when they called to tell me it was done, they called the phone number they just repaired and not the call back number they asked for and I gave, so I didn’t know my phone was done and had to ask someone to call for me to check on the status.
