I’ve been waiting for weeks to get my laptop fixed. I use it for everything…I patiently waited for them to order the part to fix my laptop… just to find out it was the wrong part. I am a musician and I need my laptop for my show tonight but now it might not be ready for another week. I also work on the same laptop… they lied to me and told me when I called that my part wasn’t in after another guy told me it was in. I called the guy ‘Melvin’ out for lying and he began making up other excuses. Melvin told me since I’m upset I can come get my laptop and take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I then asked him if it was in the state it was in when I brought it in. He said no. My laptop had a Cracked screen that I could still navigate around but I guess now the screens completely off. Melvin said I can talk to the manager who never seems to be in. Melvin also stressed to me that they had 48 hours to fix my laptop and now it’s more likely to take another week or so! I am pulling my hair out.

I do not suggest this specific ubreakifix. I’ve had better luck at the other stores but I can’t say I’ll trust any of them anymore. I’m hoping after all of this time to get some sort of discount but that also seems unlikely. I’m so frustrated!

In all it took me 3 weeks to get my laptop back. I lost 3 weeks of work and the best customer service could do was send me a 25 check in the mail. I feel insulted and taken advantage of. It cost me more money than i was initially quoted as well…oh yeah. they finally fixed my laptop.

I would highly suggest looking somewhere else to get your stuff fixed….

I made an appointment online to get my iPhone 13 mini screen repaired and called them today to see if I could move my appointment up. The worker told me I could and confirmed my phone type and the repair I needed done. I asked how long it would take and he said about 2-3 hours. I drove 20 minutes to get there and one I arrived I learned they didn’t even have the phone screen in stock for my phone so couldn’t fix it today. Very frustrating experience and waste of my time. I plan to go elsewhere for my repair.

Friendly service, that’s all I can say unfortunately they weren’t able to repair my daughters nintendo switch lite , kinda defeats the purpose of getting the insurance plan if nothing could be done about it. I dont understand the point of paying monthly for the insurance if when I get the system back and it still doesn’t work. Is the insurance worth it…..so far no. Took a week to find out it can’t be repaired. Am I happy, no but I understand something just can’t be repaired
