Experience I had getting my iPhone repaired was good .
But once I got home and looked at my emails , I signed up for a 24.95 monthly Insurance policy which I never authorize .
The only thing I authorize was getting my phone repaired and for and extra 24.95 expediting fee I can have it within 30 minutes. Versus 2 1/2 to 3 hours regular was told. I said yes .
Then when I got home it’s telling me I signed up for a monthly plan .
Come on guys !

Revised review . Store manager called two days later to apologize that a new member of his store forgot to explain everything . He save me the hassle so I didn’t have to spend time canceling the insurance . Change from 2 stars to 4

Got to tell you, I went to get my screen fixed at mt kisco
and the customer service was truly amazing. I had Will The whole time and he said at first, it would be 3 to 4 hours but then speaking to him he said about an hour hour and a half and I feel like it was quicker than that. This guy was great. He is very calm and patient because I had so many questions and he answered him, and I got my phone back in a timely manner. I think you guys need to do more than have him as a service tech cashier.

The repair guy Kel was able to fix a phone I thought was virtually unfixable. This phone had irreplaceable photos and text messages. I was fearful all the data was lost but it was recovered and my phone was made new. They were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The front desk representative Will was also very considerate and helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. They have a great team here and would definitely recommend them!!
