Let’s start off with the perfect location on West 96th st! Like right near the train and bus stop. So, much to do in the area while waiting for your phone to get fixed. I feel horrible because I don’t remember the man’s name at the front desk but, he was courteous and pleasant. I explained to him about my horrible experience at their location on 1324 Lexington Ave (the short Latino man was rude not helpful…he was more concerned about me speaking loud because I was upset because they didn’t want to call customer service and never tired to help me… his communication was horrible…he lacked customer service.) Long story short go to West 96th st they rock! The guy told me sorry about what happened at the other store but, we got you and will help you out. Told me to return in 30mins because they needed to replace my screen. I went over to Trader Joe’s to get flowers because it was my mom’s death anniversary and returned to the store waited 5mins after I returned. My phone was all set and looked brand new. I even bought a screen cover which they put it on for me. They did a great job and put a smile on my face. What they didn’t know is that I had been dealing with getting my phone fixed since 12pm from Apple Store to Verizon to starting a claim with Asurion hence why I needed to go to the store to bring in my phone.

The representative Juan and his staff at UbreakIFix are the absolute best!!!!! When I tell you this is the 2 or 3rd time I’ve visited this location on the upper west side 96st st and they work soooo fast changing my iPhone screens, laptops they service many electronics. Im never there more then 15-20 minutes. They work hard, they will stay late if they have to, it’s so accommodating, professional, and friendly. They listen to the customers wants and needs and don’t stop until you’re satisfied with the service and repairs. They are literally the sweetest people. Juan was sooo helpful to me when my phone and daughters phone stopped working and he helped me fix it and even assisted with my assurion warrant claim . Juan went above and beyond. I’ll be
