Keith was running the front desk when I came in and it was getting crowded. He handled each person SO well and took time with each person even though he was working alone up front! His kindness and patience made a stressful day and process unbelievably easy!!! If I could have given him a tip or raise he certainly earned it!!!!!!!!! It makes me sad that places that do little to no work get tipped for terrible service but in a place like this where I would have happily given one it’s not an option.

Now, to the service of fixing my phone. That was so quick and easy I will be shouting the praises of this company to anyone and everyone I know. I honestly expected it to take a couple days and when Keith said hours I about fell over!!! I thought I was going to have to go on my vacation with my old phone that takes terrible pictures!!! UbreakIfix will be where I go and where I send others with broken electronics FOREVER!!!!!

0 stars. Was charged $268 to “fix” the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Picked up the phone and put a spek case on right away. Took the spek case off the next day to change my screen protector and the back cracked in a couple places. Took the phone back right away, spoke to an employee who suggested the product might have been defective and didn’t even take the case off himself to not cause anymore damage. Returned the following day to speak to the manager who was nothing but unprofessional and rude. He stated there was “impact” to the phone, implying it had been dropped when I clearly stated how it had cracked within less than 20 hours. He suggested I pay half the price ($134) for them to “fix” it again. Did not do any sort of investigating as to why the back cracked when the case was taken off. All he did was give me the corporate number. I have called and filed a report.
Employees were very nice, the manager and product that was used to replace are trash. Save yourself the trouble and take your phone else where.

This company was supposed to replace my watch with another one equal or more value than what I turned in. Paid the deductible and mailed it in. To my surprise they sent me two choices to choose from. Both were woman’s watches that were 40mm and not 44mm like what I had. Both didn’t even fit my arm. Customer service would not send my watch back and were very rude. Verizon uses this company for their replacements and has also said that their customer service sucks!
Stay far far away from this company. Stop paying their monthly premium through Verizon as well. You are literally throwing your money away if you are.
