Eric is amazing. He is friendly and professional. He cared for each person in turn and gave each person his full time and attention. For my phone, the screen needs to be replaced. He checked that they had the part in stock and gave me a realistic turnaround time, which was very reasonable. When I returned, it was ready to go. They turned it on and let me know to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. I am grateful for their availability, stellar work, and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend it to anyone needing a phone repair.
