On my previous (a couple years ago), I brought my phone in thinking I needed a new charge port. The staff assured me that it just needed a simple cleaning. A few minutes later he came back with my charge port working much better than before. They didn’t charge me for anything!
I brought my computer in, and the guy tells me that its gonna cost around 400. Then, calls me up later telling me its gonna cost 800. They didn’t even fix the screen. Then, tried to charge me $42 for looking at my computer. Even though their website says ‘Free Diagnostics,’ it isn’t. They told me the obvious, “There’s a crack, and it needs to be replaced.”
Please don’t go here. The whole place is just a scam.
The store was full of customers but Charles maintained and handled each and everyone one of us with ease. The best part is that he cleared my phone off from the glitches it had AND fixed my friends phone as well.
Charles is absolutely WONDERFUL … even on the phone. He just leaves you with a great feeling because of his excellent customer service.
