Phone was under warranty for a battery replacement. Repair took a little over 2 hours. Only issue was after some condensation developed on the phones camera lens. After a few days it has dissipated, staff was accommodating and offered to look at it when I have time to return. Overall a positive experience.
My speakers on my phone went out and I thought I had to buy a whole new phone. Hisham got me out the way quick!! He knew exactly which speaker needed to be fixed, he saved me money and he was very professional the whole time. Not to mention fixed my in 30 minutes or less. They dashit ! no
ubreakiFix in Woodbridge is amazing! They have the best customer service. I went to and another one in Northern Virginia, not even close to what I experienced today. I love their attitudes, they were smiling, and knew exactly what they were talking about.
