My tech guy was amazing (Dang! I totally forgot his name! It’s been a long day)! He was sooooo kind and friendly! Very professional with a little Brooklyn swag! He communicated with me regarding his ETA and kept the lines of communication open! He fixed my phone and delivered it back to me with ease! I signed that he took it, and I signed when he brought it back. The whole process was just easy! I would definitely use them again! Not that I look forward to cracking my screen again, but this place is totally the best! The fact that HE came to ME to fix MY phone, and I DID NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL to them will always get 25 stars in my book!! Dang, I wish I could remember his name! I think it starts with an ‘R”, but not like Ralph. Maybe Raphael! Keep up the good work and excellent reps!! You guys ROCK!

Chris fixed my screen today and I have only amazing things to say about my experience. This is my first time using this service and he came to my home, patiently waited and communicated clearly. He is very prompt, efficient, personable, friendly and provided excellent costumer service by answering all questions that I had about how my new screen. Hopefully I won’t have to use the service again but if I do I’d only want to work with Chris.

These guys are so kind and helpful- anything that is ever wrong with anything I have electronic, I am bringing here without question. I don’t do well with tech and am grateful to have such knowledgeable and caring folks in my neighborhood. Prices are fair, and they don’t try to nickel and dime you. Andrew and Chris, thank you for both giving me a hand with very simple things. Appreciate you guys.
