I’m only giving one star because that’s the lowest option. They deserve 0 stars. If that.

I brought my computer there Friday at 10 am for it to be fixed. I explained what was wrong with my computer several times and expressed an urgency for it to be fixed as that Sunday (the day I’m complaining) I am moving across the state for college. When I talked to them on Friday they said I could get my computer on Saturday afternoon. I called them Friday afternoon for an update on my computer and they told me they wouldn’t look at my computer until Monday afternoon. I explained yet again that I will be across the state at that point aid needed my computer by Saturday night, Sunday morning at the latest. To which they said I could get my computer Saturday.

I arrived Saturday afternoon after calling 6+ times and no response only to find out the store is closed. I went back today (Sunday) as their hours on their website say they are open today starting at noon. I waited for 45 minutes and called several times again and no response.

I will not be returning to a uBreakiFix location again as I now do not have my computer for school and am moving across the state in an hour.

Terrible experience with uBreakiFix Castle Rock. I brought in my MacBook with a cracked screen Monday night. They said 2-3 hour fix. Tuesday afternoon I hadn’t heard anything so I called. They said the technician “broke the bezel” while fixing the screen but don’t worry, they ordered a new bezel and would fix it for free. Wednesday I had not heard anything so I called and they said the part had not come in. Thursday I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they said it would be ready in the afternoon. No outbound communication at all. I picked up my MacBook on Thursday evening and they gave me back a Frankenstein looking laptop with the Apple logo gone and mismatched top and bottom pieces with different shades of gray. All this for $380! I could have bought a new MacBook for $800. Never again.

Pretty disappointed in my service from uBreakiFix. I had scheduled a repair from 8-10a on a day I knew I would be home. The team didn’t call so by 10a I called them to see what the status was. They said their tech had just left Castle Rock and was coming to Evergreen. By the time the day went by he called to say he wouldn’t make it but he could come the next day before 9a. The following day he didn’t show up….so I called the store again and they said he never put me on the schedule for the following day. I thus had to spend many hours of time on the phone to reschedule, and then eventually get a refund as they had charged my card for a service, they never ended up providing. Overall, a waste of my time and I will not plan to get a phone screen fixed from them.
