I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at the Minnetonka store off of 101. Everyone I met was professional, personable, courteous, and helpful. While the findings were not what I wanted to hear (a defunct mother board), I was extremely impressed by the the employees overall actions. They felt as bad about the situation as I did! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. I definitely will be bringing my phone in for a battery exchange. Congratulations on the exceptional experience!!!!
UbkeakIfixit Minnetonka’s guy, he is so disrespectful, and discriminate for the language. The first time when I went, I talked with a girl, the second time were a guy, he told me I don’t understood what the girl said the first day, and I said OK she was talking in Spanish that day, and I am speak spanish, so why you said that, He discriminate the people for the origin and language, he is racist
I’ve never had an issue with a phone before. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones.
I had a minor issue that was a major pain. The associates here were phenomenal. My problem was addressed, parts were ordered and it was fixed in a few hours after I dropped it off. I couldn’t be happier. If I ever have an issue again, I will go straight to this store and skip dealing with my carrier.
