Had to take a day off of work and drive 45 minutes to get my screen replaced (only place my insurance would work with), just for them to scratch my phone ALL THE WAY AROUND it, very badly at that, AND place my replacement screen on crooked. So this means that now my $1400+ phone that was in pristine condition aside from a cracked screen, is now damaged all the way around along with it now newly being susceptible to being bricked immediately if it happens to drop into water.

Not to mention if I put pressure on the center of the screen (controlled and not enough to damage), the screen can be felt trying to “stick” and then release again.

This is the worst job I have ever seen in my life.
My 10 year old son could have followed along with a DIY YouTube video and completed this repair MUCH more successfully.

This company just took $500 off the value of my phone because they hired Ray Charles with cinderblock hands to do a job that requires care and finesse.

Don’t be stupid enough to bring your equipment here like I was. The reviews are left by boomers who are just happy to make a phone call and use the biggest font they can find.

The guys at the shop were very nice and easy to work with, they let me come in and help out with some activation lock issues and factory resetting as they charge 29.99 to factory reset a device such as the iPhone i had brought in. Luckily they let me come in and do it myself since i knew how to which was very cool and made me happy they didnt try to force me to pay more money for an easy thing. i would recommend them as they were also fast and they use quaility parts for their fixes such as OEM apple parts. cost of labor was fair as was the price of parts. thank you

This was the first time in what feels like years that I went into a place that offered a service and it was just straightforward, simple and efficient. Everyone was very kind and friendly. You never hope that your phone breaks, but this made me feel like I won’t panic next time it happens bc I had such a good experience at ubreakifix.
