It was a very smooth transaction drop off and pick up was simple. Only issue I had was I had a store 15 minutes from my house. At first the claim said I had to go 55 minutes away then when I went to confirm it said I could only mail it in. I started the process over and was happy to get a location 35 minutes away. I called the one closest to me. they said all there screens were all ready spoken for is why I got sent to the other one. My experience was great just would have been nicer closer
If the Apple Store or your provider says your phone isn’t repairable get a second opinion here. I came here after I dropped my phone and dented the power button. The Apple Store claimed it wasn’t fixable but these guys fixed it in a day for me. They also cleaned out my phone when I had charging issues. They are awesome.
Really frustrating that I was given the option to come here by Asurion to do a repair, only to find the store was closed down when I got there this morning. Shouldn’t even be an option to go there right now. Wasted my gas and almost ran out trying to get to another store.
