Would not recommend. Poor customer service skills. Product was NOT fixed, despite telling us it was.

Recently dropped off PlayStation 5 to be fixed due to freezing and color dots/lines all over the screen. Firstly, nobody wants to answer the phone there and when you can finally get ahold of them it’s just some person telling you ‘yeah it’s being worked on, I’ll have this person give you a call with an update on the process’ yet the person ‘fixing’ the system never reaches out. Despite being told multiple times on different days they would. Finally, after calling from two different phone numbers we got through to ask about the process and we were told it had been finished and we could pick it up whenever. Yet again, lack in communication with customers. We bring it home, plug it in and it’s still presenting the same problem they told us they ‘fixed’. I mean come on do you guys even test the things you are giving back to people? Because it’s so obvious the problem wasn’t fixed as soon as it powers on. Would not recommend bringing your devices here as they made their money and literally did nothing.

Also, spoke with our insurance company and they didn’t have a single repair note from this company on the process. You’re supposed to be a professional business and didn’t document a single thing ‘done’? Definitely suspicious.

My husband brought in a old sansui receiver in after talking on the phone with someone cause we were unable to pick up any radio stations. A week later my husband called to see if they were able to look at it and the guy acted as if he didn’t know anything about what was going on and told my husband to call back in a couple of days. He called back later still nothing so he went and picked it up. The guy said that it was not repairable and would not refund the repair deposit. Now on the receipt it’s “Repair Deposit (Non-Refundable)” but they never even looked at the receiver cause we took it to another repair shop and right in front of us the man took the cover off and switched the 110V/220V to 110V and the radio stations were coming in. Knowing they didn’t even look at we should of been reimbursed the deposit. There is definitely poor customer service skill and poor business skill. I would not recommend this place of business. If they are not out to rip people off we would of been refunded the repair deposit. Hope people take this in consideration before using this business.

BLUF: Clean facility, friendly staff, quality work (so far), but a little slow.

I accidentally dropped my phone while visiting family and my carrier insurance (I’m on Verizon) sent me here for a same day repair.

Upon arrival (around 11am) I was politely greeted and checked in. The facility appeared clean and tidy too. I was told the repair would take approximately 2 hours and I should return between 1:30-2:00pm.

My wife and I killed some time shopping locally before returning at 1:30. I was told that the repair still needed about 30 minutes. However, they began taking me 5-10 more minutes at 2pm. The delay took almost a while hour. I was told this was due to some testing and software issues. They said phone crashed once and they had some issues with their programs.

They claim they did get the phone to pass all tests 2x eventually. I appreciate the extra testing after the crash, but I can’t fairly give 5 stars with an over hour late completion. If i have no other issues with the phone, then I would still recommend this place for repairs… Just be ready to possibly have to wait.
