Very professional staff. On January 27, 2024 my phone battery died. I was the main local contact for an aging family member who was actively dying. Garfield was thorough in his explanations of the issues and then helped me find a location that could provide an immediate solution. Nick was also very helpful with follow-up the next day.
On July 9 I had an issue with my phone and needed it resolved for a scheduled work call. Austin was very knowledgeable and explained the details. He promised to try very hard to be finished in time for my meeting. He kept his promise. Saved the day and the phone!!!

Thank God for uBreakiFix ,anytime I’ve had a phone emergency they are the first place I think of with amazing same-day service and prices!! I’ve only had to go there twice but they will forever be my go to place because of their great service! The Davie location was very understanding about me needing my phone because I have a broken arm and needing it ASAP so I can travel and get in contact with people as I Uber etc. They were also really friendly and 10000% would recommend if you need work done on your phone or electronics!

Jose, who works at both the Davie location and the Coral Springs location was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me get my phone fixed in record time. He worked over hours just to find which store had my screen in stock. We need more people like him working in retail. I had such a great experience, despite the bad situation of not having my phone for a few hours. You know how that can be. Thanks again team uBreakiFix!!! You guys really deserve more than 5 stars.
