This is the only place in the Portland metro area I’d get my laptop repaired. Back in 2014, I brought Mousa an HP I was having issues with. Almost immediately he told me it was a known motherboard problem with that particular model and advised me to get a new laptop. He didn’t charge me at the time, so I knew I’d have to come back and spend some real money at some point.

Well, that time recently (2024) arrived. The laptop I bought a decade ago to replace my HP (a Dell Inspiron) wouldn’t fully boot. I was pleased to discover that Mousa was still in business post-COVID. I brought the laptop in, and after a minute or two, he told me the hard drive was failing but that he’d be able to replace it and transfer all my personal data without issue. That’s exactly what he did, for a fair price and within a few business days of having received the laptop from me.
