Oh, my Lord, Thank you Jesus!! Rangers do not get scared often but when I thought my PC was destroyed, until I met Julien @ Unv.PC Care in New Bern, North Carolina. I drove through 4 towns to get here because I was told months ago, this is where i need to come, so God brought me to you. I brought my PC in and with 1 touch of God through his hand the PC WAS FIXED.
What a testament to God and to Julien for the talents God has Blessed him and all of this Team.

Made an appointment to drop my phone off for a quick screen repair. After having my phone for 7 hours, I called to see if the work was done and they said “we were just about to call you and say we couldn’t work on it because we had a more complicated repair.” Won’t be coming here again for anything, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. I understand that things outside of control come up, but their communication was non-existent, and that’s why they get this poor review.
My elderly mom locked up her iPhone because she couldn’t remember her passcode. Apple wanted $500 to save all of the contacts and photos (photos of my dad who passed and grandchildren and family phone numbers).
I went to University PC and they unlocked my mom’s phone and saved all the data and only charged me $40.
