Steven was great! He was able to successfully clone my original Steam Deck SSD storage to a new 2tb SSD I bought. Afterwards he replaced the original SSD in my Steam Deck with the newly cloned 2tb SSD. He also informed me that my battery was inflated and showed me a video of how it looked. After he told me some information about how long ion batteries usually last, it made sense that it would be a good idea to replace it eventually, since I’ve had this ion battery in my Steam Deck for 3+ years. Steven even went out of his way to clean the screen of my Steam Deck. I’m pleasantly pleased with the 2tb SSD upgrade for my Steam Deck. Thank you Steven!

I checked one other place for a repair to my iPad 13 inch charging port. The first place I checked, was unable to help me. I went home and did some more research and came across John and Steve add Ur gadget doctors. I called them and they said they could do the necessary repair including micro soldering if necessary.
