Horrible experience. Quoted a price on the phone to repair the screen of my cell phone. Clearly that was just to get us into the store. When we walked in, they raised the price but we were kind of stuck so we paid. They did a real shoddy job in replacing the screen and LCD and obviously it stopped working after 2 days. We went back but they refused to take any responsibility and asked for the same amount again. We got it done at the Apple Store and paid the full price but it was worth it. All they want is your money and do not care about anything else. Please stay away from this business. You may think that you are saving money by not going to the Apple Store but eventually it will cost you more. I wish there was a rating of less than 1 because that is what they deserve.

Horrible experience. If I could give no stars I would. I got my iPhone 11 screen fixed by them two weeks ago then dropped my phone once from two inches high and my whole screen went green and half the screen now is black. He claimed that there is a warranty on the screen for a month, I go into the store asking to have it fixed with the warranty and he says they don’t do physical damages with warranty. There was not a scratch in my screen but it was the LCD he put in himself. The worker/owner then proceeded to tell me I would need to pay again the same amount of money to get it fixed. They have bad products and don’t stick to their word. Do not go to this place.

my iphone wouldn’t turn on or even charge. i went to apple to see if they could fix it because i had around 18k pictures and i needed to back it up. they said there was not enough circuit/electricity in the charger port and i had to buy a new phone. but i went to vfix that was a couple stores away and they got my phone charged and turned on in an hour. it was way more affordable compared to if i bought a new phone at apple. i was able to back up all my pictures from 2017! i was very happy and relieved that i was able to back up my pictures.
