I had an issue the same day that the repair was made. Unfortunately, due to their hours I was unable to have it resolved or talk to anyone until the following Monday. I called. I explained that something was happening and due to my personal situation probably couldn’t get there close to closing. The person that help me was rude and it kept saying that he needed to leave that I was keeping him there past closing. I paid $180 for them to break my phone, the only thing wrong with the previous screen was a crack in the corner. I would take that over my phone freezing every 10 seconds. Just to write this review I had to reset my phone five times. If you’re looking for customer service and quality repairs, this is probably not the place to go. He said he would replace the screen under the warranty but kept blaming the battery when this was never an issue before I brought my phone to them. Also, they don’t tell you that they’re not going to use genuine parts so you’re going to get an error message, that doesn’t change. The guy was the biggest jerk and really I rather buy a new phone then have to deal with these people again!!
This may be the only bad review of this place.
I took a fully functional iPad in to replace a cracked screen.
They replaced the screen, and the iPad no longer would read my thumbprint.
I told the proprietor it worked when I brought it in.
He questioned the truth of what I told him saying he didn’t know me and he couldn’t assume I was telling him the truth.
Things went downhill from there.
I left the store with my iPad damaged by the store and no longer functioning as well as it did when I took it in.
To trust a business with your property and have it stop properly working while in their custody and to then be told they couldn’t accept what I said to be true is a new experience for me.
This was the most rude, unethical treatment I’ve experienced by a business in my 76 years.
You may have a great experience at this store.
I did not.

PS The young woman technician was friendly, helpful, professional, and thorough. The proprietor was not.
If I could give a higher rating I would! Best, easiest experience I’ve ever had as a customer. My teenage son plays drums and unfortunately his iPhone did not survive a jam session. His whole screen became cracked which brought us to Valley iRepair. Sarah was the employee who assisted us and all I can say is wow! She’s super knowledgeable and fast! She had my son’s iPhone screen replaced in less than 30 minutes. She walked us through the process and made sure all aspects of the phone were working properly. I am so thankful we chose this business. Highly recommend for the knowledge, expertise, and customer service!!!
