(Fixed water damage) I owe these dudes a ridiculous amount. Every place I tried said I would not be able to fix my phone and would have to buy a new one. My phone was three months old. Within an hour of taking to this place he had the issue solved, and my completely waterlogged phone that had been stuck in a boot loop for 5 days (see below) photo fixed for only $60 saving me nearly $1400. He also gave me a detailed explanation as to why it wasn’t working and what parts to repair if at all. Legit better than any apple certified place I have ever seen or been to. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Jeff was amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and HONEST! I was having trouble with my iPad’s charging port, and I called the store. Jeff was immediately responsive. His superior knowledge of the product had my issue resolved! He patiently guided me step-by-step through what I needed to do in order to “trick” the iPad into rebooting and accepting a charge, and he didn’t charge me anything! All I can say is, I am beyond impressed and I will be bringing all of my future repairs to this very professional establishment!

Saved my bacon! I love these guys – they are calm, kind, competent, and quick. I went to them last week with both iPhone and MacBook issues. Travis went above and beyond in helping get everything going again. Very reasonable costs and I saw they even fix androids now as he helped some other customers while testing my computer – so glad to have this locally-owned and -operated gem in our community!
