Wow!! Courtney answered the phone so professionally and was so nice and helpful. Mike (who built my business computer a few years ago) got me right in and had everything taken care of by the end of the day!! As a business person I can’t be without my computer long. I really appreciated this!!! When I picked it up Courtney offered to load it in the truck for me. So sweet. I know the crazy fast same-day service can’t happen all the time. But I just wanted to share the excellent customer service and professionalism of this company.
Very polite, extremely knowledgeable & very honest & helpful. I took in a computer I had bought used. It suddenly started being symptomatic. I am very illiterate when it comes to computers. I took it in, they told me what the charge would be to look at it & how long it may take to get to it. They got to it way sooner than expected with a diagnosis & never charged me anything! Awesome place with awesome people. I really feel like I can trust them to tell the truth & not in it for the money
Recently hired velocity to wire our house up for CAT6. I was worried it would be challenging since our house is already completely finished. Their crew made short work of the project and had my entire house wired up in a single afternoon. Now we have hardwired internet access across our entire house! Their crew is incredibly knowledgeable, tidy, and efficient. The value cannot be beat. Highly recommend!
