Great, honest & reliable repair service!
I took in our 55″ 4k TCL Roku smart TV after the screen went black, and Jeff told us the repair cost would be >$200, after needing to wait 2 months for back-ordered parts. He didn’t charge us for the diagnostics and disposed of the TV for us. I look long and hard for local businesses that are reliable and honest, and Videotronics will be my first call anytime we need TV repair services. Definitely call him!

This is the second time I’ve used Videotronics. The first time was about 6 years ago and the second was this weekend when my TV died. Jeff had me drop it off on Monday and had it diagnosed by Tuesday afternoon. Repairs have been quick and reasonable. Saved me from buying a new TV. Highly recommended…
Jeff was great. We had a very sticky problem with our Sony Bravia and he fixed it. He was friendly, punctual and very reasonable. I always try to be factual and honest with my reviews and judging from previous reviews, I highly recommend that you give him a call.
