We needed to install a new printer and tune up our two computer set ups. The new printer uses ink tanks and not the ink cartridges we were used to. Khalid quickly removed the old printer and installed the new one and connected it with our PCs, using both Wifi and wired connections. Both old system UPS devices were also replaced. Khalid walked as through the operation of the new printer to be sure we could use the capability they provided. Lastly Khalid installed new anti-virus applications on both our PC/s and helped us clean up old, not needed or potentially dangerous applications. Three and a half hours well spent. Thank you Khalid

His ad is slightly misleading. He comes to your location. I went to the address on his ad. I called him and he texted me back. Great communication. We made an appointment and he was on time. Extremely through. He explains things so even an old guy like me with very limited computer knowledge could understand. The issues were resolved.
If you wonder why I didn’t give 5 stars I always believe that there is always room for improvement.

Khalid knows his business. He came to my house to try to resusitate an old computer and finish installation of a new laptop. He quickly fixed several problems with the old computer, hopefully adding more years to its long life, and finished installation of the laptop. Khalid was polite and was able to clearly explain what he was doing and why. I very much recommend “We Fix Computers by Khalid” to anyone who needs help with their computer technology.
