After one service call to help me with issues I’d been having with my old laptop, it became apparent it was time for a new laptop. Brandon gave me the call that the ideal machine had come into their stop, Ryan the store manager coordinated the purchase of the laptop and arranged for Brandon to transfer data and get me set up. As a small business person, Ryan accommodated my needs to schedule the data transfer. It was a seamless and pleasant experience, words not often used when referring to computers and technology! INCREDIBLE experience. Friendly and knowledgeable on the phone when I first called, and explained thoroughly what to expect. They were just as great when I brought my laptop in to be repaired. They communicated well when the work would happen, how long it would take and what was needed, and expected return of my laptop.The team performed the work quickly, letting me know via calendar updates when work was occurring on my laptop! I received my repaired and upgrade laptop quicker than expected, and the cost was more than reasonable. They do not talk ‘over your head’, tech-wise, and explained details of the work thoroughly. My computer has been having issues since a download of Windows 11 was not compatible with my system. A couple of days ago it wouldn’t even come on. I called and spoke with Jennifer who reassured me they could help and to bring the machine in. She was so sweet and professional and put my mind at ease.
