All my experiences at this Batteries & Bulbs have been pretty good. The workers are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve gone there 4 times for cracked screens and battery replacements for our phones and will more than likely go again. This last time there were a few issues with a bad screen and then a wrong color screen but Frank the manager was very apologetic and has been more than willing to fix the issues. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Today is Sunday 5/13/18 and it’s Mother’s Day. My wife dropped her iPhone 6s and the screen was badly cracked. I called to see if they had time to replace the screen and they gladly accommodated me. I was able to take the phone in and Dexter replaced the screen while I waited. Thank you Dexter for a fast and friendly experience!

This is the second time I’ve cracked my phone screen ever, and this time half of the screen didn’t work. I needed to make an appointment quick as i run business off of my phone.
