My husband went in on Monday July 1st to have his phone screen replaced and purchased a new screen protector that they put on. Today is July 6th and the phone screen is busted in the exact same place. When I called to speak with someone they stated that they were looking at the previously replaced screen and it was his fault and we would need to pay for a second screen replacement. So after a 175 replacement and a $20 screen protector that they insisted was better than the ones we previously used we are faced with having to have the screen replaced for a 2nd time in less than 7 days.
Had a issue with my port. I love my phone and i do like US Cellular but 2 of the reps told me just get a new phone it will be 3-400 to get it fixed. The guy had it done in about 8 mins and it was like 11.00. I will send everyone i know to you. Really and truly ty so much
Robert and Kristin were amazing and worked fast. We were out of town on a family vacation I busted my phone they fixed it and gave me a pretty good deal really appreciate it very nice people
