Insurance told me to take my phone there to be repaired, when I called to set up appointment was told they didn’t do software repairs. So I was gonna call the insurance company back the next day to see what to do and before I could the employee if we fix it took it upon himself to check on my make and model phone and found some software updates that could possibly fix my problem. So this employee got my number off of caller id called me back the next morning before I called the insurance company back and told me exactly how to find the updates and install them. Way above and beyond customer service and they were not getting any business off if it. It is a rare thing to find an employee that puts any effort into their job anymore and this one has won any of my business from now on. Most of all has won a very well deserved thank you and a shout out to his parents that raised a awesome son.

While traveling, my wife had problems with her phone. This happened be closest place to get battery replaced. Our good luck. The man (Joshua?) running store that morning was alone but took time to go above and beyond to repair and test my wife’s phone afterwards. He got busy with phone calls and customers but handled them all efficiently while also working on phone. He never rushed or was abrupt with anyone. Was impressed with how he handled people on phone and in store. Can see now why had so many customers. He demonstrates true customer service!
