So it finally happened….while walking my dog last night, my phone slipped out of my hand and fell to the ground, and the screen cracked into a million little pieces. This morning I frantically searched for repair shops in the area that could replace my screen in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Most local shops opened at 10am, but I noticed that We Fix It Phone Repair was nearby and already open. As I entered I was greeted with a warm ‘hello’ and a smile. Kirsten was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She allowed me to watch her repair the phone (I’m the curious type), and explained what she was doing every step of the way. My new screen works well, and she had me back on the road before the other shops were even open. Thank you, Kirsten, for going above and beyond. They unfortunately did not have the parts available in order to repair my phone, however, the lady I spoke with this morning (10/14/2022) was wonderful. She was completely honest and gave me great advise on what to look for when I go to another shop for repair. I aplaud her for being so honest and especially being so courteous. What a nice person! If I ever need my phone repaired and they have the parts, I would go here just for the customer service!

They treated my 95 y/o grandfather with respect and honesty they provided a service at a fair price when another phone repair company near by refused to replace the iPhone battery in his phone telling him he had to take it to apple just because they didn’t want to help him.. this place did help and at a good price don’t forget to check the website we also found him a 10% off coupon on the website!!
