Went in for phone battery replacement or battery swap (with a third-party battery). Quick service on a weekday afternoon (with an online appointment), reasonable price, and the staff was helpful over the phone and in the store.

Pro Tip: Do a full backup of your phone beforehand. As a security measure, consider wiping your phone before dropping off for battery swap, because they might ask for your phone passcode to run some hardware tests as part of the service. Then restore the phone using its backup.

The store personal were courteous and helpful. I was fully satisfied. However, when I ordered a battery for my camera, I was told that I had a choice of a standard battery or for $20 more I could get a battery with three times the capacity, and assured it would fit into my camera. When the battery did come in it would’d fit, it was three times the size. There should be a better way of affirming the alternate choices.
